Whether it's the thrill of seeing more than 50 cars from 4 different categories fire up their engines and thrash it out for hours, or the "quieter" times of sitting by the pit straight at midnight sipping coffee, sportscar racing has something for everyone.

The whole experience is made even more enticing with the help of the team at Radio Le Mans. From the pit correspondents to the commentators in the booth (mainly old Hindy) they eloquently describe conditions, driver points of view and current standings with wit, passion and not a small slice of tongue in cheek. The team are back together for another wild rollercoast ride of motorsporting fun!

After another excellent season in 2011it's great to know that this year it's all back on. Sleepless nights, infamous French 'Campuccino's' from the cafe on the square in Le Mans, comfy sofa's, not so comfy bicycle saddles, it's all part of the joy that is the 24 Heures du Mans.

So I've created this little site to bring together latest news about Le Mans 24, my ramblings on said event, plus information as and when available relating to the 2012 Rules and what to expect when June 16th comes around.

Please try to enjoy this little site I've thrown together for those that love the thrills and spills. You only understand if you've been there.
