There's so much to do, from dressing the vehicle to kicking bottles of water at Tom. Check them out:
The Journey
Although the journey usually means travelling at leisurely speeds through the tres beau countryside francais, it also means enjoying some proper rock sounds. Although Seb is more likely to have his headphones in listening to some banging drum 'n' bass, or his iPhone stuck to his ear whilst trying to negotiate a deal with another budding Nigerian energy consultant. For those that care, here's a few ideas:

Radio Le Mans

The old centre of the city of Le Mans is wonderful. Old pavement cafe's vie for your attention whilst the ultra-modern tram system can transport you from the heart of the city to the heart of the race within minutes. Of course, the city of Le Mans is more than just a beautiful city. It has cappuccino's (with squirty cream included for free) and comfy, comfy sofas. We love it. From Friday night and the superb Drivers' Parade, to just getting a few minutes resting your butt on a soft couch with a hot cup of 'campuccino', it's just priceless.
Arnarge is just ace. I think roughly translated it means "place to eat chicken & chips with your hands and drink light beer whilst watching the world and thousands of pounds worth of supercars drive by". Don't forget, this is the place for burnouts. Even if you're driving an automatic, the friendly 'burners' offer a squeeze of Fairy Liquid to assist fire breathing tyres.
Are you serious? Virage d'Arnarge is just the perfect place to cycle to in the early hours. As you feel the temperature drop you can hear the awesome sound of the cars screaming up to one of the sharpest turns before braking hard before the apex. Just standing on the bank watching the circus has to rank as one of the most fantastic Le Mans' experiences. It's well worth the cycle ride, even if it's wet
Officially Tom's favourite corner and the fastest corner on the circuit, Tertre Rouge is just a great place to spend a couple of hours. Great for photos and generally just sucking up the atmosphere, it's the perfect place for watching the drivers place their cars for perfect exit of the last turn before the Hunaudieres Straight. It's just magic.

but Le Trip encompasses the whole Le Mans experience. Check back here for details on the trip that's been booked by our Flight Commander Jos Hustler. There will be information relating to the campsite, what's included in the package, whos playing the Saturday night gig, what's for breakfast, plus every now and then some hot tips on how to survive the weekend.
Le Mans food is part of the fun. We've had chicken & chips and fine meals in Vieux Le Mans (remember the "Mexicans"). We'll make sure the Team is well fed and watered. Some of the culinary delights you can look forward to are the aforementioned Coffee & Churros (usually best enjoyed after midnight) and Tom's Famous Breakfast Sub. You're gonna love it.
